Perth Scorchers are more then enough to stun anyone. This has happened just once in the history of KFC Big Bash League,  that Season 2015-2016  has never witnessed a final that has not been played by Perth Scorchers otherwise from 2011 till 2017 (except for 2015-2016), Perth Scorchers were part of every Final of the KFC Big Bash League.

In the First season, Scorchers had to face defeat by the hands of Sixers and this was the only time that Sydney Sixers have won the tournament. The 2nd season of BBL could also not bring fortune to the Scorchers as they had to face defeat by the hands of Brisbane Heat in the Final of 2012-2013. This was the 1st and last time when Brisbane Heat became The Champions.

Reaching the final is considered a great achievement if you are playing in the most mesmerizing cricketing event of the year where the best players from around the globe participate for the glory. This explains the pain and sufferings and misery of the Perth Scorchers that they have reached the final for the 2 consecutive years and lost. But Finally the patience, hard-work, devotion, determination have brought fruit for the Scorchers when they became THE CHAMPIONS FOR THE 2 CONSECUTIVE YEARS.

In 2013-2014 Scorchers defeated Hobart Hurricanes by 39 runs at WACA Ground, where as in 2014-2015 Sydney Sixers had to face defeat in the Final by the hands of Perth Scorchers at Manuka Oval (Perth Scorchers won by 4 wickets). Season 2015-2016 proved to be year of disappointment for Scorchers as this year they couldn’t Qualify for the Final (defeated by Melbourne Stars in the Semi-Final)

Season 2016-2018 proved to be the year of glory for the Perth Scorchers as this year they have completed the Hat-trick of the CHAMPIONSHIPS as they have emerged as WINNER FOR THE 3rd Time.  In this Season Scorchers have taken the revenge of the 1st season from Sydney Sixer and what a brutal revenge it was, playing at the WACA Ground, Perth Scorchers beaten Sydney sixers convincingly by 9 Wickets in a pretty one sided affair.
